Job summary

Lorien is seeking an AI Assurance leader to spearhead the AI governance capability within Financial Services from its London hub.

You will shape the function, build the team, and drive revenue through cross‑functional GTM initiatives while engaging with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

• You have an excellent grasp of financial regulations and can credibly engage with auditors, law firms, and regulators regarding global legislation
• You are convinced of the value proposition for AI to automate and improve second-line risk processes, audit workflows, and legal services
• You are a compelling communicator who thrives on building trust with senior stakeholders and navigating complex technical conversations with clarity

Ideally you will have a balance of both consulting/si and industry experience, this will have been gained in Financial Services/Banking/Risk Management. In addition you will be CXO/CIO credible with solid Commercial/GTM experience
