Job summary

Capco is seeking a Managing Principal Consultant with deep General Insurance expertise to lead high-impact UK projects. You’ll drive strategic change, collaborate with clients and Capco teams, and guide AI-enabled transformation while upholding governance and responsible AI practices.

You will manage complex programmes, shape operating models, and contribute to business development within Capco’s Insurance practice, delivering value for leading financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive consultancy experience in General Insurance.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, digital enablement, and operating models.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive AI adoption responsibly.
• Experience generating revenue and managing client relationships.
