Job summary

Adlook in Greater London is seeking a Solutions Enablement Associate to act as a trusted technical partner across sales, product, and customer teams to drive adoption of our DSP platform. This role blends consultative expertise with hands-on enablement to shape how clients and commercial teams understand and use our technology.

You will be central to delivering a best-in-class programmatic experience and helping Adlook grow through technical excellence and scalable enablement materials.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising, account management, or ad operations.
• Basic understanding of programmatic concepts (DSP, RTB, bidding, tracking, attribution).
• Hands-on experience with DSP platforms and campaign optimization (nice-to-have).
• Experience working with campaign data and performance reporting.
• Exposure to client-facing communication (presentations, onboarding, support calls).
• Fluency in English; Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and enablement to drive adoption of Adlook DSP.
• Act as technical partner to Sales and Commercial teams by staying connected to active deals and market feedback.
• Provide data-driven recommendations based on DSP functionality for pre- and post-sales engagements.
• Partner with Product teams to translate roadmap priorities into field-ready narratives and use cases.
• Support beta feature rollouts by coordinating participation and gathering feedback.
• Serve as a technical enablement resource with credibility in customer-facing and internal engagements.
• Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and knowledge-sharing across Commercial teams.
