Job summary

Adlook is seeking a Solutions Enablement Associate in the United Kingdom to act as a technical partner across sales, product, and customer teams, driving adoption of our DSP platform. You will deliver enablement programs, craft field-ready narratives, and support pre- and post-sales engagements to accelerate adoption.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in digital or programmatic advertising, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in digital or programmatic advertising, account management, ad operations, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programmatic concepts (DSP, RTB, bidding models, tracking, attribution).
• Hands-on experience with DSP platforms and campaign optimization (nice-to-have).
• Experience working with campaign data and performance reporting.
• Exposure to client-facing communication (presentations, onboarding, support calls).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing product enablement for customers and commercial teams to drive adoption of Adlook DSP capabilities.
• Act as a technical partner to Sales and Commercial teams by staying connected to active deals, customer conversations, and market feedback.
• Provide consultative, data-driven recommendations based on industry best practices and DSP knowledge.
• Partner with Product teams to translate roadmap priorities into enablement materials and use cases.
• Support beta feature rollouts by coordinating customer participation and gathering feedback.
• Serve as a technical enablement resource, influencing stakeholders through expertise and execution.
• Contribute to process improvements, scalable documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Commercial teams.
