We're looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to support digital media planning and buying for accounts across Premium Leisure and Fashion. The role focuses on driving performance with key publishers and technology partners, acting as a client contact for digital planning and buying activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish processes for end-to-end campaign management across programmatic and direct activity
  • Communicate with stakeholders daily, with knowledge of programmatic and display strategies
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Deliver high-quality reports with insights and recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of brand and DR campaigns using your programmatic expertise
  • Maintain healthy pacing and high brand safety standards
  • Review campaign performance and optimize accordingly
  • Coordinate with finance, trafficking, BI, and other teams for administrative tasks
  • Manage 2-3 display & programmatic buyers, mentoring them in campaign building and troubleshooting
  • Update internal teams on programmatic trends and connect with strategic partners
  • Inform clients about Assembly's sustainability initiatives and credentials
  • Promote sustainable marketing practices, considering messaging and creative elements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of programmatic platforms, including building and troubleshooting
  • Experience in DV360, TAM, Campaign Manager, or Adform
  • Experience in digital direct response and branding
  • Mid-level client management skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies across UK and Europe
  • Knowledge of programming and datasets is a plus but not essential
  • Understanding of other channels like paid search, SEO, and social is advantageous
