Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive operational excellence within the Product Insurance business across Europe. You will manage relationships with third‑party partners and internal stakeholders while delivering projects that enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

• Excel advanced level with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs; SQL proficiency.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing program requirements

Responsibilities

• Facilitate relationships with third-party insurance partners and internal teams to support the product insurance purchase experience on Amazon.
• Manage program life-cycles, define objectives, and deliver projects to improve customer pain points.
• Identify operational gaps and develop requirements for new projects with measurable progress.
• Resolve customer-impacting issues and drive standardized processes and automation.
• Develop and analyze metrics to assess performance trends and drive efficiency improvements.
• Establish new processes and reporting to improve customer experience with product insurance.
• Address regulatory expectations and continuously improve operations.
