Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to own delivery quality, delivery partner experience and cost to serve across the UK network.

You will design new programmes, launch them nationally, and work with our technology teams to implement improvements for delivery partners. The role requires analytical thinking, strong data and metrics skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional programs across operations, product, technology and finance within the Amazon Flex

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL proficiency.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and metrics orientation.
• Experience defining program requirements and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the key business metrics for delivery quality, delivery partner experience and cost to serve across the UK network.
• Identify root causes of defects, size opportunities with data, design new programs to close gaps.
• Launch programs across the UK from pilot to full rollout and hand over to steady-state owners.
• Drive alignment across operations, product, technology, capacity planning and finance.
• Define requirements with technology partners, test and deploy new app features, measure adoption and impact.
• Define multi-year roadmap for product and process improvements and secure funding.
• Own programs that unlock faster delivery speeds and support processes and systems.
