Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager - IT and Business to join the Slough and Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines management of Business and IT lecturers with up to 18 teaching hours, emphasising strong technical knowledge and safeguarding.

You will drive student outcomes and lead the department through a transition to T Levels next September. You will report to the Head of Department and contribute to staff development, quality

Qualifications

• Strong digital technology skills and effective communication are essential.
• Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification and FE curriculum planning experience required.
• Proven industry expertise related to IT and Business education.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business and IT lecturers and deliver up to 18 contact hours of IT teaching.
• Drive student success, satisfaction and progression through high teaching and assessment standards.
• Develop external stakeholder partnerships and secure industry placements.
• Embed employability, English and mathematics skills across learning programmes.
• Lead curriculum planning for Level 1–3 and transition to future T Levels.
