Job summary
The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager - IT and Business to join Slough and Langley College on a permanent, full‑time basis. The role includes managing a team of IT and business lecturers and delivering up to 18 contact hours of teaching across IT courses at Levels 1–3.
You will drive student success and progression, develop external partnerships and embed employability, English and maths across programmes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification
- Proven FE curriculum planning experience
- Strong digital technology skills and effective communication
- Understanding of safeguarding, equal opportunities and QA systems
- Commitment to staff development, learner welfare and continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of IT and Business lecturers
- Deliver up to 18 contact hours of teaching across IT courses
- Drive student success, satisfaction and progression through high teaching standards
- Develop external stakeholder partnerships and secure industry placements
- Embed employability, English and maths across learning programmes
- Uphold college values and contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance
