Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager - IT and Business for Slough and Langley College. This permanent, full-time role combines management with teaching, overseeing IT and Business lecturers and delivering up to 18 contact hours of IT training.

The successful candidate will champion employability across Level 1 to Level 3 curricula, support transition to T Levels, and uphold safeguarding and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

• Level 4 teaching qualification is essential.
• Experience planning Further Education curricula.
• Industry knowledge in IT and Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Business and IT lecturers.
• Deliver up to 18 contact hours of IT teaching per week.
