Job summary

Lancesoft Europe is seeking a Program Manager for Premium Support & Experience on a 12 months maternity leave cover. The role is UK remote with a PAYE rate of £32.21–£36.06 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, operations, or program management.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and tooling issues to resolution.
• Experience applying AI in operations and support.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Manage programs end-to-end, coordinating with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals and deliverables and execute project plans.
• Operational Problem Solving: Diagnose root causes of operational issues and partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering to unblock frontline.
• Strategic Thinking: Align day-to-day work with long-term organizational strategy and prioritize opportunities.
• Experimentation and Innovation: Design, implement and evaluate AI-enabled improvements to support processes.
• Project Oversight: Oversee deployment of projects moving core operations toward AI-first approaches.
• Process Improvement: Analyze processes and implement AI-driven efficiency, quality and scalability improvements.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with Government, Politics, Advocacy, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering and Operations teams.
• Metrics and Reporting: Create and track KPIs; report status, risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
