Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple projects/programs within the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, financial oversight, risk management, and reporting of key business and delivery metrics. The role requires close collaboration with business sponsors, technology teams, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure successful program execution and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, business sponsors, and customer leadership.
• Establish program governance, track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and drive mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present regular program status reports, executive dashboards, and KPI metrics to leadership.
• Monitor and report on delivery health, resource utilization, budget adherence, quality metrics, and business outcomes.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, Operations, Testing, and Vendors.
• Drive program planning, prioritization, resource management, and change management activities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in IT/Business Program Management with significant exposure to the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Experience in KPI reporting, executive dashboards, and portfolio governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Retail Banking, Payments, Lending, Digital Banking, or Core Banking transformations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and third-party vendors.
