Qualifications

• 12+ years of program management experience.
• Strong banking domain knowledge, preferably Payments, Lending, Retail Banking, or Digital Banking.
• Expertise in program governance, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Professional Spanish and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Manage senior stakeholders, governance, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Oversee program reporting, executive dashboards, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and steering committees.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
