Job summary

SBS, a global fintech partner, is seeking a Programme Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a major client program, leading multiple projects and delivery teams across cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations. You will shape program strategy with senior stakeholders, govern escalation and risks, manage budgets and dependencies, and chair steering committees to ensure coordinated execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large, complex client programs in a supplier or vendor environment.
• Strong program and multi-project management expertise.
• Experience with cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong escalation and risk management capabilities.
• Financial services or regulated industry experience is desirable.

We are seeking a Programme Manager with experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programs for software providers or FinTech organizations. This individual will take end-to-end ownership of a major client program, leading multiple concurrent projects and delivery teams.

The role is focused on delivering complex cloud migrations, software upgrades, and implementations while providing strong leadership, governance, stakeholder management, and strategic oversight.
