IBU in Milton Keynes seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multiple IT/business transformation programs in the Banking sector. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, governance, and reporting to senior leadership, coordinating with sponsors, technology teams, vendors, and operations.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, budgeting, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/business program management experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Experience managing large-scale transformations with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting and resource planning.
• Experience in KPI reporting, executive dashboards and portfolio governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple concurrent programs and ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and sponsors.
• Establish governance, track milestones, risks, issues, and drive mitigations.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and KPI metrics for leadership.
• Monitor delivery health, budgets, quality metrics and business outcomes.
• Coordinate across Business, Technology, Operations, Testing and Vendors.
• Drive program planning, prioritization, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization.
