Job Summary

Quickparts is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to oversee and coordinate manufacturing projects from initial review to completion. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth project execution while collaborating with sales teams, internal experts, and external vendors. While technical knowledge in 3D printing, CNC machining, and injection tooling is beneficial, this position is ideal for someone with general project management experience in manufacturing or related fields.

  • Technical Project Leadership
  • Conduct initial project reviews to assess project requirements and feasibility.
  • Review Request for Quotation (RFQ) information and collaborate with technical experts to evaluate manufacturability.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to generate accurate quotes, ensuring clear and complete documentation.
  • End-to-End Project Execution
  • Create and process work orders, maintaining robust documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress, coordinating with production teams to meet deadlines and ensure timely updates to customers.
  • Provide regular production updates to clients, ensuring expectations are managed and fostering seamless communication.
  • Oversee product shipment to meet on-time delivery requirements and maintain compliance with customer specifications.
  • Gather customer feedback after delivery to evaluate satisfaction and uncover opportunities for improvement.
