Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of NPI, current product, and sustaining programs from concept through launch and beyond.

You will own the integrated plan, drive cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and external partners, manage risks, and deliver governance and reporting on health, milestones, and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Certification in Program Management (PgMP) or Project Management (PMP)
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements in Physical Access Control (PACS), Security, Cloud-based SaaS, and Biometrics
• Proven experience leading complex new product development programs from concept through development, industrialization, and successful market launch
• Applicants must be currently and legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country
• Immigration sponsorship is not available
• International relocation or remote work arrangements outside of the hiring country will not be considered

• Manage programme risks, issues, and dependencies, including mitigation and recovery actions
• Lead programme planning and PI execution within an Agile environment across ARTs and Agile teams
• Align resources, capabilities, and features with programme priorities and delivery commitments
• Drive product and release readiness for new product launches, enhancements, and sustaining releases
• Provide programme governance and reporting on programme health, milestones, risks, decisions, and outcomes
• Champion programme management best practices and continuous improvement across the organization
