• BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related area, or equivalent program/program management experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desired

• Create, optimize, and drive structured schedules and milestone program plans across product releases, launch teams, and programs


• Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables, adapting plans to changing data or conditions


• Hold program team members accountable for commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables


• Anticipate, identify, document, and manage program risks, including mitigation and contingency plans


• Communicate risks and updates to stakeholders and senior management


• Identify program dependencies and track and report progress


• Analyze business and technical trade-offs and drive consensus on recommendations


• Frame communications and discussions for intended audiences


• Ensure appropriate program documentation exists and is broadly communicated


• Create and communicate actionable success criteria, objectives, and requirements
