The Professional Support and Wellbeing Service (PSW) is dedicated to supporting doctors in fulfilling their career potential and meeting their training needs and expectations.
The PSW aims to support educators in identifying early warning signs among trainees, developing understanding of resilience and well-being among both trainees and educators, increasing educator awareness of concerns among trainees, and improving understanding of when and where to escalate these concerns. Recognizing that trainees may benefit from increased and specialist support beyond what their clinical and educational supervisors can provide, the PSW offers this support for both trainees and their educators.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of a Clinical Case Manager (CCM) within the PSW Clinical team. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff, including the Clinical Lead for the PSW.
