This role supports the Litigation division within the firm's Knowledge Management department, which includes other PSLs and a library manager. The focus will be on:

• Keeping the team updated on legal and procedural updates by preparing and circulating internal updates.
• Curating and producing know-how resources and addressing fee earner queries.
• Identifying and developing best practice areas.
• Delivering or arranging technical and other training for teams and clients.
• Supporting departmental business development, including profile raising and innovation tracking.

Purpose of the job

This role supports the Litigation division within the firm's Knowledge Management department, with a focus on:

• Updating legal and procedural information.
• Creating and maintaining know-how resources and procedures.
• Producing materials for client updates, articles, webinars, and podcasts.
• Supporting training and awareness initiatives for clients and intermediaries.

Professional Skills:

• Experience in developing seminars and training fee earners at all levels.
• Deep understanding of litigation and dispute resolution law and practice, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.

The successful candidate will have significant litigation experience in England & Wales, with an excellent academic record. PSL experience is desirable but not essential.

General skills required:

• Excellent IT skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with presentation software and web conferencing tools is a plus.
