Air IT Group is seeking a Professional Services Manager in Milton Keynes to lead Engineering and Service Transition teams across locations, ensuring high-quality delivery and a seamless customer experience.

You will shape resource planning, capacity, and cross-team collaboration, while mentoring teams and driving process improvements, standardisation, and performance metrics to raise the bar for service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Professional Services Engineering and Service Transition teams.
• Strong leadership and management experience in Professional Services or IT delivery.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Professional Services Engineering and Service Transition colleagues across multiple teams and locations.
• Plan resources and delivery with PMO, balancing project demand and onboarding.
• Ensure delivery of customer projects and smooth service transitions between teams.
