Leading international law firm in Leeds/London is seeking a Junior Lawyer with 1+ PQE to specialise in Professional Indemnity. You will defend professional negligence claims, advise on policy coverage and recovery, and work closely with Senior Lawyers on complex matters.

The role offers a broad caseload, supportive supervision, and opportunities to develop within a high-performing team. Hybrid working and exposure to insurers and insured professionals are central to the position.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with and managing a mixed caseload of professional negligence claims against a wide range of professionals
• Handling both pre-action and litigated matters
• Reviewing documentation to analyse key issues and determine next steps
• Managing disclosure exercises and drafting witness statements
• Supporting senior fee earners on complex and high-value claims
• Liaising directly with experts and counsel
• Assisting with alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation
