Overview:

1. This role requires a driven individual to join an established Insurance Disputes team in Norfolk and handle a varied caseload of matters.
2. You will manage professional indemnity cases for a diverse range of professionals including insurance brokers, lawyers, construction professionals, and surveyors.
3. The successful candidate will have experience with professional indemnity matters and a strong knowledge of pre-action and litigation procedures.
4. You should be a proactive team player with lateral thinking and excellent research skills.
5. Confidence in providing outstanding client care is essential, along with leadership qualities and the ability to supervise and collaborate with team members.
6. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 4 years PQE in professional indemnity.
