Legal Risk & Compliance Recruitment Specialist

A leading international law firm is looking for an In-House Lawyer to join their team. This is a fully remote opportunity, ideal for a seasoned in-house compliance professional or a solicitor with strong commercial experience who is ready to transition to an in-house role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support on client engagement terms, including reviewing and negotiating outside counsel guidelines, framework agreements, RFPs, and tender documentation.
• Lead the review and negotiation of supplier agreements, including due diligence processes and key commercial terms.
• Advise on legal matters related to technology partnerships and innovation projects involving third-party solutions.
• Offer guidance and oversight to junior legal team members involved in commercial and compliance work.
• Contribute to internal training initiatives, including onboarding sessions for new staff members.

Requirements:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrable expertise in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts for non-legal colleagues and senior stakeholders.
