Job Description:

This full-service law firm is seeking a Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE to join its dynamic Residential Conveyancing Team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice on sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and other property matters, while also contributing to business development, networking, and client relationship management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating fee income and maintaining accurate records.
• Staying up to date with legal and regulatory developments.
• Engaging in business development activities, including networking, promoting the firm’s services, and identifying opportunities to expand the conveyancing practice.
