THE TEAM:

This highly successful Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory team is experiencing continued growth. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental organizations, private healthcare providers, and individual regulated professionals. The work includes:

1. Defending professionals before their regulators
2. MHPS proceedings
3. Inquests
4. Judicial review
5. Medico-legal advisory work

THE CANDIDATE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 5+ years of PQE in this specialized legal area to work alongside expert lawyers and develop their career long-term.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong background in professional discipline, defendant clinical negligence, and/or healthcare advisory work
• Technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
