THE TEAM:
This successful Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory team is growing. They serve clients including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental organizations, private healthcare providers, and regulated professionals. Responsibilities include:
- Defending professionals before regulators,
- MHPS proceedings,
- Inquests,
- Judicial review, and
- Medico-legal advisory work.
THE CANDIDATE:
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years PQE in this legal area to develop their career with expert lawyers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in professional discipline, defendant clinical negligence, or healthcare advisory work,
- Technical expertise and attention to detail,
