THE TEAM:
This highly successful Professional Discipline & Healthcare Regulatory team is going through a continued period of growth. Acting for a wide range of clients including insurers, Royal Colleges, medical and dental organisations, private healthcare providers and individual regulated professionals the successful candidate will enjoy a variety of work including:
- Defending professionals before their regulators,
- MHPS proceedings,
- Inquests,
- Judicial review, and
- Medico-legal advisory work.
THE CANDIDATE:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE or more in this specialist area of law to work alongside expert lawyers and develop their career long term.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in relation to professional discipline, defendant clinical negligence and/ or healthcare advisory work,
- Technical excellence and meticulous attention to detail,
- Strong communication skills,
- The ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
This location of this role is flexible and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in the London office and benefit from working remotely.
