Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Professional Carer to deliver high quality, community‑based home care. You will support clients with daily living activities, meal preparation, and medication prompting, while contributing to care plans and liaising with the local branch.

Qualifications

• Paid previous experience as a care assistant is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Driver’s licence is an advantage but not required.

• Helping with the preparation of meals and drinks
• Assisting with activities of daily living, domestic duties and personal care
• Maintaining and updating reports such as care plans

We’re looking for:
