The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest level of care, support and wellbeing is delivered to our clients by meeting physical, health, social and emotional needs (in line with the care plan) and adhering to Prestige Nursing & Care policies, procedures and values at all times.
Providing care for people to keep them in their own homes. Typically for elderly people with cognitive or physical decline but can also be for younger people with physical or learning disabilities.
In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference and employment history checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice. You may be asked to provide your employment details through HMRC.
