“I was exhausted looking after my husband on my own. My husband has Lewis Body Dementia and after seven years I needed some support. Contacting Prestige Nursing & Care was the best thing I could have done. They have provided me with caring and professional staff. The service has gone above and beyond
to support myself and my husband. My husband is treated with dignity, and respect and cared for as I would care for him”
What our client is looking for
We have a vacancy within our Domiciliary Care team and are looking for a patient and calm individual to assist people in their own homes. We support people with varying needs; some visits are just for companionship or to help with light housework – other visits are to help with personal care and to administer medication. We support some people at home and others whose visit is to enable them to access the community and attend appointments etc – so for this reason we do need a driver with access to your own car.
You don’t need to have experience in Care, or even in Domiciliary Care, because we are happy to provide training and support to give you the best possible start for your career in care, we are looking for someone who is really passionate about helping others.
