At the Gloucester branch, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care within our community. Our colleagues and clients have been with us for over 15 years. Although our branch is located in Tetbury, our service area covers the entire county of Gloucestershire. We offer a range of care services, including homecare, complex care, and support work. Our focus is on providing excellent support and care, prioritizing the needs of our clients and colleagues.
We seek reliable, professional, and caring care assistants to join our team. You will work alongside our branch nurses and care colleagues, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress in your career. Responsibilities include assisting clients with medication, meal support, personal care, and social activities. There is also potential to develop low-level clinical skills and further training in more complex care areas.
Experience in care is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. You will support individuals to live independently at home, on a part-time basis, building rapport with consistent clients.
In accordance with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we will conduct Enhanced DBS/PVG checks, Right to Work verification, references, and employment history checks as per government guidelines and safer recruitment practices.
