Job Title: Senior Care Assistant at Launton Grange

Your responsibilities include planning and delivering care that ensures our residents feel secure, dignified, and independent. You'll get to know residents and their families to help create personalized care plans. Leading a team of Care Assistants, you'll maintain high standards of care and influence your team positively. Tasks may include assisting with mobility, end-of-life care, and social activities, as well as medication administration.

Key responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate records and building strong team relationships. Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility; you should recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All staff are expected to attend safeguarding training and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
