Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Bath, United Kingdom. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential non-medical support services, enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging them in conversation and activities
  • Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as required
  • Administer medication as per prescribed schedules and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant events or observations
  • Collaborate with other care team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care
