Job summary

Stafforce Recruitment is recruiting Temporary Production & Warehouse Operatives for The Royal Mint in Llantrisant. This is a short-term opportunity within a secure, technically advanced manufacturing environment.

The role requires prior production/warehouse experience, accuracy, and the ability to pass a DBS check. Shifts are daytime, with occasional changes during peak periods, on-site parking and staff facilities available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Evidence of working shifts is desirable.
• Good numeracy, literacy, dexterity and basic IT skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when required.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Wrapping and packing bespoke products to the highest standards.
• Ensuring correct storage, labelling, segregation, and safe handling of materials.
• Transporting goods throughout different areas of the factory.
• Preparing products for dispatch and completing associated paperwork.
• Maintaining quality standards and achieving production targets.

Stafforce are currently recruiting Temporary Production & Warehouse Operatives to work at The Royal Mint in Llantrisant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-renowned organisation and gain valuable experience within a highly secure, technically advanced manufacturing environment.

Contract Duration

Mid-September 2026 to April 2027

Pay & Shifts

£12.71 per hour

Current Shift Pattern

• Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
• During peak production periods, shifts are expected to move to:
• Days: 6:00am to 2:00pm
• Afternoons: 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Additional Benefits

• 16% shift allowance when working rotating Days and Afternoons
