JDR Recruitment is recruiting Production Operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Llay, Wrexham. Permanent contracts are available with a salary of £26,500 per year and a 4-on-2-off shift pattern (days and nights).

You will operate machinery, perform quality checks, and pack products for dispatch while maintaining health and safety standards and contributing to production targets. The role offers long-term career prospects and accessible transport options.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
• Experience operating machinery is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a machine operating role is required.

Location:

Llay, Wrexham (LL12)

Salary:

£26,500 per annum

Hours of Work:

Any 4 days out of 6 (Sunday is always a day off)

Rotating monthly between days and nights.

Days - 6am to 6.30pm

Nights - 6pm to 6.30am

Contract Type:

Permanent

The Role:

As a Production Operative, you will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, operating machinery to produce a variety of products. You will be responsible for quality checking finished goods to ensure they meet required standards, as well as packing products and preparing them for dispatch.

The role will also involve general housekeeping duties and adhering to all health and safety procedures. You will be expected to work towards production targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of the operation.

Experience / Skills Required:
