Job summary

Gap Personnel is recruiting Production Operators for a busy processing environment in Rumney, Cardiff. This role is fast-paced, physical, with excellent attention to detail and a clear temp to perm pathway for reliable workers.

You will work 7am–6pm, four days a week, with shift options Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Sunday; pay is £12.75 per hour plus weekly pay and on‑site training support. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on safety and quality control.
