Job summary

Event Concept is seeking a multi-disciplinary Technical Project Manager to organise the technical delivery of projects from our London office. You will quote, specify, and deliver on time and budget, collaborating with teams both large and small across the UK.

You’ll be based in London, delivering in iconic venues and occasionally abroad, stepping up from an engineering background or bringing seasoned expertise for a fresh challenge in a creative production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical role within live events.
• Ability to create accurate technical plans and quotations.
• Proven track record delivering conferences and private events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate technical delivery across events with internal teams.
• Liaise between Technical, Production, Operations and Warehouse teams for a streamlined workflow.
• Produce equipment lists, technical plans and budgets while maintaining margins.
• Create H&S documentation and RAMS for events.
• Represent EC at site meetings and client briefings.
