Job summary

Dbsolutions is seeking a hands-on Production Projects Project Manager to lead live event productions from concept to delivery. You will coordinate with clients, engineers, technicians and external partners to ensure projects meet creative and technical ambitions while maintaining safety and value.

The role is hybrid with London/Reading locations and involves travel across the UK. You will be part of a team focused on excellence in production and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering live event projects.
• Ability to lead client-facing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of industry-standard equipment and safety practices.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the successful delivery of production projects from brief to execution.
• Be the main point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Work with internal teams and partners.
• Prepare/interpret schematics and technical solutions.
• Ensure projects balance creative/technical aims with safe, practical delivery.
