Job summary

V.Group is seeking a Production Technician for an offshore Floating Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) facility. The role is a contract position onboard, in the Engine department, requiring experience with hydrocarbon processing systems, ESD/F&G and DCS operation.

Valid safety and health clearances for offshore work are essential. The candidate will contribute to safe operation, maintenance and compliance in a challenging offshore environment aboard a FPSO vessel built in 2024.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience of hydrocarbon processing systems and utilities.
• Knowledge of ESD F&G and DCS operation.
• Good understanding of Permit to Work, Mechanical Isolation Standards and Risk Assessment.
• Medically fit according to offshore health requirements.
