Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the electro-mechanical industry, is currently looking for a Production Technician to join their team.

Job Purpose

Working within a small cross-functional team, the Production Technician will be responsible for carrying out production processes related to the assembly and testing of advanced electrical machines for e-Turbo applications. This role involves operating machines and equipment for production and testing, along with other operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling electro-mechanical machine components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies.
• Modifying components and sub-assemblies.
• Testing and inspecting electro-mechanical machine assemblies and sub-assemblies.
• Cable and harness assembly.
• Machine setup and operation.
• Investigating machine and equipment malfunctions and performing repairs and adjustments.
• Maintaining general housekeeping and improving production areas.
• Operating machines (training provided as necessary).
• Electro-mechanical fitting.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrating high attention to detail and quality of work.
• Being organized and managing time effectively to meet objectives.
• Showing enthusiasm and commitment to achieving goals.
• Providing suggestions to operational challenges.
• Receptive to feedback for personal improvement.
• Taking initiative and persisting to complete tasks.

Education/Experience

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 16:00.
