ABOUT THE ROLE
We're seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable Production Technician. You will be responsible for getting our products into customers' hands by making and packaging media, handling logistics and traceability, and routine lab operations and maintenance both in our labs in White City and our production facility in Park Royal. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a technical or scientific background who enjoys working in a practical, fast-moving environment.
This is not a research role - we are looking for someone who can keep things running smoothly and maintainproductionprocesses.It is not suitable for those seeking an academic or research-focused career.
The ideal candidate will take pride in executing their assigned work in a precise and accurate way. You’ll own the production process, driving continuous process improvements, adapting to new equipment and methods, and contributing directly to the company’s growth.
Candidates must be ready to start immediately (within a month) and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Round 0. Apply online
Round 1. 30 minute screening interview introduction to Multus, the role, and an opportunity for the team to learn more about your experience and what you're looking for in your next role.
Round 2. 120 minute in person interview, including a task and panel interview, where we’ll explore the skills and knowledge you’ll bring to this role. This will take place in our White City office, and will include an office and lab tour as well as an opportunity to meet some of your future colleagues!
