Job summary

Branston Potatoes is seeking a Production Team Leader for our Southwest Site in Ilminster, Somerset. You will oversee day-to-day production operations in our fresh potato factory, with new automation integrated to support continuous improvement and meet customer demand.

You will lead shifts, plan daily operations, and collaborate with HR to support staff, while upholding H&S and GMP standards in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership across shifts, role modelling HWDB values.
• Plan daily production operations to maximise efficiency and meet customer orders.
• Collaborate with HR to handle employee relations matters in line with policy.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and model safe working practices.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and GMP requirements.

Responsibilities
