Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Production Team Leader for our Wakefield site to drive safe, reliable and high-performing operations. You will lead a team of 10–12 colleagues, delivering daily production targets while upholding quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will embed a culture of continuous improvement, coaching your team, using data to reduce waste and downtime, and ensuring we meet performance goals in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate, coach and engage teams.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across the business.
• Ability to prioritise effectively in a busy, changing environment.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10-12 colleagues to deliver daily production targets.
• Drive performance across safety, quality, cost, service and people metrics.
• Improve line efficiency by reducing waste, downtime and performance losses.
• Partner with QESH teams to maintain and enhance Quality, Environment, Health and Safety standards.
• Deliver yields across ingredients and packaging through effective performance management.
• Embed a culture of continuous improvement through site routines and data-driven decision making.
• Act as a visible leader on shift, creating an engaged, accountable and high-performing team environment.
