Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving and numerical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Manufacturing, production or process experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet safety, quality and performance targets.
• Perform cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance tasks.
• Identify faults, support root-cause investigations and escalate as needed.
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use operational data to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Work closely with Engineering and production teams to improve reliability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, housekeeping and workplace safety.
