Job summary

Samworth Brothers is hiring for a customer-facing role based in Stratford-upon-Avon. You will check product availability, process returns, and perform merchandising tasks to support sales. Training will be provided to handle customer enquiries professionally and in line with service agreements.

You will also ensure a safe, clean vehicle is used to reflect the company’s high-quality image, and use IT systems to keep information up to date. The role offers progression opportunities within the team.

• You will be customer facing and offer a full customer services by checking availability, processing returned stock and carrying out merchandising where necessary.
• Full training will be provided so that you can serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers and manage all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• You will be responsible for ensuring that you have a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
• Use the It systems to keep information up to date.
