Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Workshop Supervisor in planning workloads and delegating tasks to the production team.
  2. Foster a productive, efficient work environment using trust and appropriate strategies.
  3. Serve as a Lean Champion, ensuring workplace organization and continuous improvement.
  4. Identify training needs and provide guidance to develop a skilled workforce.
  5. Communicate goals and deadlines to team members, addressing any concerns.
  6. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
  7. Complete production paperwork accurately and within deadlines.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized workshop in line with company standards.
  9. Lead by example, ensuring adherence to procedures and promoting a strong safety culture.
