Job summary

Samworth Brothers in Leicester is seeking a production operator to run automated and semi-automated production lines, ensuring smooth operation and quality output. You will insert trays, manage lifting tasks, and move racks as part of daily duties within a busy factory floor.

We encourage career progression from operator to team leader or management roles, with support for development and a culture that values innovation and teamwork.

• Operate automated and semi-automated production lines/Rademakers.
• Insert trays of varying weights and sizes into racks (lifting to shoulder height/bending).
• Push racks of product (lifting to shoulder height/bending).
