Job summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Production Controller to oversee and enhance production processes for our Grimsby-based client in the manufacturing sector.

You will monitor and control production, collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement, analyse data, and ensure health and safety compliance to drive efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Controller or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Hourly Rate: £24 Per hour PAYE
