This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous food industry experience who can confidently lead a team, maintain high production standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a production team
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
• Supporting, training, and monitoring team members
• Managing workflow and productivity across the production line
